This has to be my favorite Chili's after going in dozens over the years. I believe the cleanest too! First of all the new $20 for two is amaziiing! My fiance and I order the shared cheesy fries appetizer and for the main I get the cajun alreado and my fiance gets the chicken fajitas! Well let's start off with what I get to drink! A strawberry lemonade which is to die for and they give you tons of FREE refills! The cheesy fries are so delicious! Brought to you in a hot skillet the cheese is so gooey ontop of the fries and the bacon and jalapeno's compliment this dish well! The cajun chicken alfredo is delicious and has so much flavour, downside is that it's very salty!! and the chicken fajitas are the same as always....DELICIOUS! Served on a steaming skillet w/ peppers and onions! and then all your sides. Before leaving you should definitely consider dessert! I don't like desserts much and hardly eat them but at Chili's it's a MUST...the Molten Choc Cake! A delicious choc cake with melted choc and ice cream ontop! The best part is the delicious gooey hot middle :) ahhh!

Long greet time and our server has only come by three times. Once for drinks another to bring them and take the order and another to drop the check. Someone else filled one empty drink on the table silverware was also dirty this experience was far below my expectations of any chilis

The story you are about to read is true. 7:42 pm. My wife, Kathy, and I go to the newer Chili's on Daniels road. Chili's is a chain and is as common as the exhausted parents walking off Disney property after a day chasing their little darlings. On this fateful visit, Chili's hits a new low and sets the bottom bar of bar food and service expectations. We are seated in a booth by the bar. As I open my menu, page two is covered with a generous helping of food. This isn't just the dirty hands of a hyperactive toddler hopped up on carbonated sugar. This is a heaping spoonful of tex mex dropped in and compressed between laminated pages. I call over our server whose vacant stare and vapid look denotes a special kind of disinterest. He comments that it does appear to be a lot of food, and walks on. Yes my friends, he walks on. No offer to swap the menu, or wipe it down. It is clearly my issue to deal with. I don't wish to spoil my wife's meal, so we stay. She orders the chicken club tacos and I opt for the boneless buffalo chicken salad. It takes a while to get our food. Drink service was equally slow (can a guy get a drink in this joint?) Even for chain bar food, the quality and service experience were simply the worst I've experienced in a long, long time. This is one place that I would only end up going to as a hazy nightcap on an all night bender.

ERRRRR. The worst place ever. Took forever for the food to get to us. Did the 2 for 20 thing and a meal for our daughter. She's 7 and wondered why our food wasn't there yet. Warned the plates were hot- that was it- the plates were hot- but not the food. Never again.

We go to this Chili's all the time! We love the local atmosphere. We always get the same server. It's a great place to just chill out.

Sat at the bar & just ordered something light as it was close to closing time. Walked in at about 10:30pm & ordered the nachos with beef & 2 side orders of loaded mashed potatoes. (Took my mother out for a late-night snack.) My mother said that, unfortunately, they changed the nachos to a smaller, less appealing dish, but other than that, everything went well. Even the nachos still tasted great! Our server - the bartender, Nicole - was awesome! Whenever we had a question or request she was at our attention without hesitation or delay, & displayed great multi-tasking skills. Thanks for a great experience, Nicole!

Food was supposed to be ready at 7:45 pm. It came at 8:15, both items cold, sent back to fix, came back after it was microwaved to no end. Chicken fried out, fajita beef dried out and still cold. If you can not do Togo correctly shut the window. This is our second attempt to get to go here. You need to get it right. Spent $30 with the tip, I should have walked in and just handed the money to the manager and left then walked over to Longhorn.

It is ok...nothing special. It is a chain and service is slow and even slower when busy. If you go then at least sit in the bar area for free chips and salsa and go when it is two for one margaritas.

I ordered my food online, when I picked up my food, the girl at the bar was so unpleasant because I asked for my drink with no ice. No tip for her. When I got home, I opened the box to find hard & dry burgers....grrrrrr never, never again! I would rather starve!

This is definitely not the best Chili's location I've been to. If the service were to be a bit slower, or the food a bit colder then I would have given them a 2-star rating as opposed to the 3-stars they barely earned. So, it's a Tuesday night and the restaurant is maybe filled halfway...so why does everything take so long? My gf is always saying they have very slow service and for some reason I have not noticed until today. We decided to order their 'Dinner for 2 for $20' which includes an appetizer and 2 entrees, you're able to choose from about 5 appetizers and about 8 entrees. We ordered the Spiced Panko Onion Rings as our appetizer and we found them to be tasty. They were crunchy and you were able to bite into them without tearing away the entire onion which is always a plus. The ranch dressing also worked well with the light and crunchy batter. As for the entrees, my gf ordered the Mango-Chile Tilapia while I had the Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers. The tilapia looked alright, it didn't really look too appetizing; the small portion also didn't pique my interest. The chicken crispers are pretty much the only reason I ever return to Chili's. I love texture and I just love the combination of the crispy batter along with the honey-chipotle sauce. The service was friendly. I can't blame her for the slow kitchen and I can't blame her for the dirty silverware. One positive would be the new program they have which allows you to earn points for every dollar you spend. It may not be much, but a free dessert or drink every now and then doesn't hurt.

Food was decent but the place has no management after the facelift everything just went down hill. Rather cook at home next time.

I'm a big fan of chilis. I like multiple menu items and enjoy their all day 2 for 1 drink specials. However.. the service at this location is consistently slow. I don't think this is the fault of the employees as they are all very friendly, i think they just need more employees working throughout each day.

My husband and I went to this restaurant and would never go back. First, the waitress brought out plates and placed them in front of us. Then she came back out and took them away and said it was for the wrong table and gave it to the table across from us. Then she came back out with just my order, so my husband said that we wanted both orders together. She took my plate away. Then she came out with both orders and dropped my husband's plate all over him. The manager came over and apologized but didn't do anything to else to make our experience a little better. On top of all that, the food was so overly salted that we could barely eat it.

The service is okay. The most annoying part is never having enough help and not seating entire sections and putting you on a 30 minute wait!

  • Gerald P.

They redesigned the restaurant and they still can't keep up with crowds. The host/ hostess look like they can't count. They always have a large section of the restaurant closed for no apparent reason. Majority of the time it is a 35-45 minutes wait because the servers are unable to keep up serving the guests. Makes no sense cause they have more than enough servers walking around looking confused. Some day they will get it right.

At 2;45 the restaurant is busy, service is slow, we got the wrong drink . I order the molten cake now that is good. I'm the mean time My food come, plate looks sloppy, spotted all over them , food temp is good, Food taste to much salt and I have three different item on my plate, ground beef chicken and some other type of chicken, they all taste the same.

The first visit we had at this Chili's, we had just left another nearby restaurant as we sat at the bar for a long period of time and even though the person kept looking at us could not get them to even approach us. So needless to say we were a bit annoyed already, were in the middle of Christmas shopping so dealing with holiday traffic- not a good way to start. We settled (or so we thought) for eating at Chili's as we thought maybe we could get in quick as we were very hungry. Neither one of us hates Chili's, but have typically had average service and food from our experiences at others. Boy were we in for a surprise. As soon as we walked in our hostess was very friendly, seemed happy we were there and sat us right away. The waitress we had was friendly as well, patient with questions we had and when the food came out it was very good as well. Everyone we went by smiled, said hello and had several say they appreciated us being there. They seemed genuinely happy and happy we were there. We had such a good experience, we came back a week later, and I will say same thought we thought this time it would be good but didn't expect a lot. We have now been back several times since we first came last month in December, and every experience has been the same. We've sat at the bar, in the restaurant area, all over and had different servers and the same consistent experience so far. They do tend to get busy and I can see why. My other half is very picky and she now suggests often that we visit. I will say for this type of chain restaurant we were impressed, and will keep being regulars now.

For the 2nd time after calling ahead to place a to go order, I'm left standing at the "pick up" counter for my food for at least 5 minutes without so much of a "hello someone will be right with you"!! I have to admit when dining in we have always received great service. Here's what is happening and what needs to happen: I feel as though the take out ordering set up is disorganized! They need to assign One person the responsibility to take & handle pick up orders. I don't think they are intentionally being rude it's more like no one knows who is suppose to help me and for what reasons I'm standing there looking lost! There is a note that said 'see bartender' for pick up orders- but why should I walk in the 'restaurant if I'm at the appointed pick up counter?? If I wanted to dine in I would have! Please please fiX this! By the way, somehow after putting my credit card down on the counter to pay the bartender who is already too busy to handle customers already seated ordering food, ordering drinks one at another etc. and me walking back & fourth between the so called take out counter and bar I was never charged! The young lady handed me my food like "here ya go bye" and so I went! Checked my statement & no charge! Get it together, unacceptable! people!

I got the boneless chicken and it was soggy/not crispy. Took forever to get food. The two pieces of celery that came with it had been accidentally frozen -manager said from the temperature on their cooler. I sent it back and asked them to fry the chicken fresh. They brought out a replacement but my appetite was already gone. They also took the cost of the chicken off of the bill which was nice but I won't ever go back. I also was sick the rest of the night with diarrhea. Not sure why. I don't recommend this place.

This place stinks, I don't even know why I went to begin with but I regretted from the first bite. The only reason I even gave it two stars was because the service was really good. Food and drinks were terrible.

What could be better than their 2 for $20 menu and BOGO Happy Hour drinks? Nothing, I tell you! Nothing! This is literally all we ever get when coming here and it's the best value. The waitstaff is always really nice and accommodating. We have never had any kind of issues here and I hope they keep it that way!

What! You haven't been to Chili's lately? My husband and I recently had dinner and drinks for $30. Great value and good food. Happy Hoursssssss in the bar are 2 for 1 drinks. Chelsea, our server, showed us how to pay our tab at the table with the zkioks.

The corporate training at a chain like this really stands out, at least in this location. I had very attentive, friendly service without feeling like the server was hovering or being irritating. Our food was hot when it arrived, was made to order, and tasted just like I expected it to. Neither my wife nor I ran out of beverage. We were seated without a wait, and our food was delivered quickly. It was fresh and did not taste frozen. So, here's the big disclaimer: I went at 2:00 in the afternoon, well after lunch rush; the problems other people mention seem to happen at rush times so I may experience those slowdown issues or reduction in service quality if I go during rush hours.

wow serve has gone way down hill. hostess was serving drinks instead of seating people. waited 10 minutes to be greeted and told that nothing was available because all open tables were dirty. only saw one server out on the floor and it was busy!

This review is about a take out order. VERY pleased with the quality of food from the take out today! Ordered the Queso and chips along with the Triple Dipper platter. Queso was great and came with a full sized bag of their chips. (More chips than I expected) The trio order (dbl SW egg rolls w./ dipping sauce and big bite sliders) was 100% accurate and cooked and packed with no complaints upon opening at home. All sauces and condiments as I ordered were spot on. This takeout bag of goodies exceeded expectations- not because of any past bad experience, I just didn't expect the take out to meet the "in restaurant" quality when eaten at home. (Guess I was pessimistic and wrongfully so!) I would certainly do again. GOOD Job Chili's !

After a long and hard day at work, I really did not want to cook so my partner and I went to our local Chili's for dinner. It was about 6:30 pm on a Friday night and when we walked in, there were about 10 people waiting for a table. The hostess took our name and said it would be about 5 to 10 min. We sat down and within 30 seconds, our pager went off! I felt a bit weird that we were taken so quickly but I guess all those other people were larger parties. We got a booth for two toward the back of the room. The place was filled with many families with tons of kids... so if you don't like kids, this might not be the best place for you to go. Anyway, our server Kathy came right up and took our drink order. She was very nice and super efficient. I know the first two reviews before me noted that service was not the best but it has been over 2 years since they were written and I am guessing service has gotten better. Kathy took our food order when she brought the drinks. I have eaten in a few other Chili's and my experience here was basically the same as I had before. The drinks were good and the food the same as every other Chili's. They had a dinner special... two dinners for $20. You get to split an appetizer and then get a full entree for each person. You have to pick from certain items to get the deal but it was fine. The only complaint I had about the meal was my Chicken Fajitas. They tasted fine but when they normally bring them out, they are hot and sizzling on a metal pan. When they brought our food, my pan was hot but no sizzle. ;-( It felt like they might have been sitting a few min before coming out and they lost their sizzle. All in all, we had an okay time. We spent more on drinks than we did food but that is typical for us! Burb!

She said..."I would rather eat at home to be honest with you. Every single time I have ate at a Chili's I have not been impressed with anything on their menu. This time I went I ordered salad and soup that came with complimentary chips and salsa. The salad was decent, the soup tasted like a nacho dip for the chips, I was not sure what was going on there. I tried to take a spoonful of the soup but it was too thick and chunky to eat like you would normally eat soup. Instead, my boyfriend grabbed the chips and started dipping them, still tasted gross though. The service was pretty good though, I left my cell phone at the table and the waitress was nice enough to bring it outside to me before we left. He said..."I had the soup and salad...my baked potato soup was good. But yeah if you want cheese dip just order their broccoli and cheese soup. If someone was to eat the bowl of soup they would be stuffed up for a month and not in a good way. Overall for a Chili's it was okay."

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
